第一届“International Conference on Smart Vehicular Technology, Transportation, Communication and Applications”（智能车载技术、运输、通讯与应用国际会议）（VTCA2017）由福建工程学院交通运输工程学科与高雄应用科技大学等联合主办，于2017年11月6-8日在台湾高雄市举行。
